Why Have This Blog?

Post-Truamatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a disorder that affects millions of people, yet, not many people know that much about it. I designed this blog to help inform you of information regarding PTSD in one location. I will provide links to helpful websites as well. I truly believe that information is everything. The more informed we are, the better decisions we can make in our lives. These decisions not only affect us, but our friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, etc.
